So the last 24 hours has seen a massive drop in peak flows, needing 10 puffs of my salbutamol inhaler every 4 hours. This asthma sucks and i just want to be able to breath normally

I agree...if you can't see your GP immediately (who might send you to A&E anyway), then just go. They will be sympathetic to someone struggling to breathe so badly & have treatments unavailable to GPs.

Did you know that using so much salbutamol can actually make your condition worse? >

You really do need expert advice. Don't delay. Ask your GP if you can be referred to an asthma consultant.

As you probably know, Salbutamol is a short acting Beta Agonist. When you see a medical adviser you might want to ask about Combo Inhalers that include a Long Acting Beta Agonists. I agree with the other comments, that you should seek assistance Fast if you're taking such enormous doses of Salbutamol. Hope you feel better soon.
