I'm 43 and have asthma the majority of my life. Sporadically good, and bad it seemed to have changed in October and I just can't breathe properly! Drs can hear a wheeze and although I've had infections and been on the steroid/ antibiotic merry go round it's just not getting better!
I'm on... fostair, qvar, singulair or monteclaust if that's how you spell it. I've a new when bad and of course ventalin. Sometimes my trachea rattles, which is new, but because the Gp don't hear a rattle I feel like they poohoo me. I'm vegan and don't smoke or drink and I try and exersise 5 times a week...
Any advice welcome.
