Best advice I can give is to contact your asthma nurse or doctor

That's interesting you say this. I was recently diagnosed as having asthma last year. It is a grey area due to the fact the spirometry at the doctors surgery say that i don't have asthma and yet the hospital say I am! I have been on steriod inhaler since April and this was recently changed to Fostfair in December due to the fact that I had low peak flow. Then I fell ill with high blood pressure ranging from 180-208 in December. Since then I have only just recovered about two or three weeks ago, thanks to the pressure pills and am back to normal, perhaps even better than I have ever been. However, I do have a niggling problem - my chest pain! My chest has been causing problems since May 2016 and I have been back and forwards to the doctors since May. Had three x-rays and a CT scan (due to the fact my dimmer blood test showed that I had blood clots on the lungs). It turned out to be fine but it could be a number of things that the doctors were initially not willing to investigate further. Having had a frustrating year with the doctors, I investigated further online and found out that the eye drops that I had been having for my eyes was the cause of my chest pain!! So it was the side effects that was causing it. There were five people who had the same problem as me. So the answer to your question re: blood pressure, I am not sure if it is in your case. I do not know what type of inhaler you are on. Perhaps you could tell me the name?

seretide 125 seretide 125 flutiform 125 , both these inhalers have fluticasone propionate. Please check with some other doctor, you may need only one not both. Also seretide contain salmetrol, which might make asthma worse for some people.
