Salt lamps/salt caves ????

Hi all hope you are all doing ok, I'm still coughing but getting there 👍🏻I'm thinking of trying a couple of sessions at a newly opened salt cave in town but at £35 per hour I'm wondering if it works has anyone tried salt caves and did it help? I don't want to waste my money,also do salt lamps help x

Hi hope your feeling ok I've read reviews on the salt cave and people have seen a difference I would love to try myself if u give it a go let me know how you get on plz

Hi Sarahjane12 I've just booked 2 sessions at the salt cave on groupon £9 instead of £35 per session 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Will let you know how it goes, the way I'm feeling I'll give anything a go xx

I use a salt lamp at night when watching TV,after it has been on for half an hour I feel the air is better 😁
