Hi there, so many on the market- depends if you want a multi or just b vits. I would suggest the sports brand 'Reflex' (Brighton based company) for their 'Nexgen' multivits (costs about 11 quid a box); 'Biocare' (I take their low-strength B 'Complex 25'); and I find 500mg vit c capsules better than higher single doses, I like the brands 'Viridian', 'Solgar' and 'Bio-Health' for vit c. Beware however, supplements can become an unhealthy obsession! Lemons are said to be very excellent for health, I keep meaning to try a lemon or two a day to see.

No harm in trying a multivitamin/mineral combination, but don't expect too much too soon. I spent every winter for 5 years pumping myself full of vitamins to get rid of colds, only to discover they were caused by my asthma! Having said that, though, I do react badly to a lot of medication, and feeling generally under the weather is one of the symptoms. It's a bit of a delicate balance this because obviously montelucast helps you, but might be altering your hormone levels which are making you feel tired. Might be worthwhile having a word with a healthcare professional in case it's possible to modify the dose, change the medication or add something to reduce the side effects. Hope you get a benefit from whatever you decide.

Thanks for advice am going hospital Thursday so I will mention it to gp
