Hi There i got fractured ribs my shoulders stiff Top legs as well and now i can hardly breath is There anything that can help my breathing for now as it got worst hardly can breath now how long does take to heal

Best advice call your docs and let them know how bad you are, no bravery be honest, it can take ages for ribs to heal sorry not to be more cheerful but lots of gentle hugs

Is There anything can wrap round my ribs as when on bus go over bumps it hurts my ribs hardly take pump as it hurts when take deep breath in

It hurts when take deep breath in when take mu asthma pump my ribs since i fractured them my shoulders hurt and stiff am i meant to ance my ribs supported as they hurt when go over bumps more
