Good morning Tracey, I hope you managed to get some sleep.
Hope everything went ok with the sleep study.
Good morning yea wasn't to bad bit stiff this morning where in one position all night but it was ok just got to wait for the results now hopefully before I go home today but I doubt it going to the gym this morning and have a good stretch before journey home at 2pm physio with us so keeps an eye on us bit chesty today so might do me good take care X
