Asthma/Sinus Problems

Hi I woke in the Night with Both a Banging Sinus Headache and Asthma Going Beserk. ( Super Wheezy) have used my Bricynal Turbo Haler every 20 mins and About to use my Neb. ( Atrovent,Ventolin and Steroid) I do this 3 X a day.

I have work in 2hrs time but feel unwell. I'm unable to go on sick from work,, or I'll be on another Stage Warning)....
