Hi all u lovely people that can't sleep either it's driving me mad and I don't really understand as I'm so tired yet I can't sleep got to go to RBH London in morning and my body decided sir dosnt wants to sleep haven't slept for over a week now driving me mad got to keep trying enjoy ur sleep sleepy heads

Hi Tracy ,as you see your not the only one up at nearly 3am . I'm so tired too but sleep never comes . I think I could do with a mallet that would knock me into sleep

I too have suffered with sleep problems in the past, however , went to a Hypnotherapist for a phobia and was given a relaxation tape which I used before sessions started and suddenly started to sleep through the night.

I still use the tape to get a good nights sleep. It is surprising what your body can do when tensed up.

Hi trace I'm new here but I noticed your posts and I crushed my ankle and broke my foot 18 mths ago I was on morphine and l couldn't sleep althoughvl felt tired it's the painkiller trace I changed from morphine to buprenorphine but my asthmss bad now wheezing phlem etc its embarrassing and frustrating hope you feel better.
