Hi everyone hope ur all well me not feeling it at all my chest just dosnt want to play feel lowsy and bad hey fever on antibiotics as well nebs etc went away last night with my daughter for the night for a break and didn't really get into it as could t enjoy myself ended up on neb well that's me have a good night everyone

Hi Tracey still you managed to go for a break with your daughter. 😊😊

I did that a couple of weeks ago. A mother and daughter weekend I piled up the meds as well but she enjoyed I think I don't want her to feel over anxious💓

I made a big effort on the Saturday walking all those streets in Lyons, the city is beautiful☀️

On the Sunday I was glad the weather was lousy ☔️☔️gave me a good excuse to say how about a good dvd on demand so we saw Joy.

On the Monday had this phone call Dad had broken his collar bone so I had to arrange care and all, more meds because stress doesn't agree with me, did all my breathing exercises inhaling holding exhaling blowing the candle etc for 5 mn 3 times a day that helped as well as a couple of paracetamol😃

Anyway take care Tracey we are in for the long haul you do well to focus on the good times with the kids but do take care of yourself, changes in the weather are hard on the likes of us xx
