6 days in still on Iv hydracortisone magnesium found out yesterday have steroid induced diabetes which is something else on the list

Hi sorry to hear I get that when I'm on the high dose but normally when I bring them back down it goes I'm in there on the 4th next Monday for the last part of surgery I'm in for 4 days hope u get out soon best wishes

Sorry to hear about the steroid induced diabetes, I hope it doesn't cause too many problems for you.

I have never heard of steroid induced diabetes! I have glaucoma so I am very wary of taking steroids as it raises eye pressure.

Yes have always been borderline but 10 years of steroids  have taken its toll
