So fed up this,week I could cry...coughing worst than normal no sleep really feeling sorry for myself...chronic asthma,as,a lot to answer too .

Oh Paula my heart goes to you, here I am sitting in bed with a hot drink in one hand and my salbutamol in the other..

Why don't you phone the Asthma UK nurse tomorrow for a good chat, that usually makes me feel better, understood and they have lots of experience and tips.

For example the other day she told me to keep the blue inhaler in the aerochamber, press once but inhale two or three times from the same puff and start again, well I felt comforted.

I am sure she will help you out.

Hi Paula the only thing you can do is either have a big sticky creamy bun were the cream runs down your chin, or failing that a damn good swearing session were you break something you hate.Asthma is a sod Sending very gentle hugs ♥♥♥
