I havent looked at the pollen forecast, but I dont need to LOL my lungs are terrible today! The best place to live is the coast if you are allergic to pollens. We used to live ten mins from the sea and my lungs were so much better. They are the worst they have ever been in my life now we live in the Midlands. Holidays are coastal so I get a bit of relief!

Last year we went to Whitby for a holiday, I was already on 30mg oral pred. We visited the mother in law in Yorkshire and my lungs got worse the further inland we got, by the time we got there I was having a fairly corking asthma attack which after four 5mg nebs I still couldnt walk. I love the coast :)

I usually post here for Thomas but am struggling massively today. Feel a lot of pain on my left side and doesn't feel as though I can get enough air in. Wonder if this is because of the pollen or chest infection.

Yeah my hayfever is awful and have been coughing quite a bit today. Got told the pain is probably due to a pulled muscle and the breathing is a panic attack haha. What all day and gets better when I take blue inhaler? Need to get myself some hayfever meds then maybe I will feel better.
