I have noticed that my Asthma is considerably worse in the Autumn/Winter. Any clues as to why?

Asthma Autumn & Winter
Hi Your asthma may well be weather related as mine is, especially just before heavy rain.
Also when cold air hits your lungs?
Hey, I've found that to;
I reckon it's due to the cold weather setting in, it also doesn't help that it's cold and flu season
I find that when I leave the house on a cold day that covering my nose and mouth with a scarf helps as your not breathing in freezing cold air
I have an awful allergy to Fall leaves, that die and mold. It is my worst trigger. I'm usually home free, once the first frost hits and the ground is frozen solid. Anyways, I'm also sensitive to cold. I find I have to keep my house temperature at a certain degree, or I'll start coughing, and in the Winter I often will put a scarf over my mouth.

Thanks for the info, I can relate to everything said. I'm also using my inhaler/reliever a lot more. Have you found that?
My flare ups are related to Autumn mainly because of the colds/virus circulating at the time. I called the helpline today and was advised to speak to my doctor about having a different drug regime for Autum/Winter than for Spring/Summer.
