I had trouble on Monday, when out & about. However said that it was walking 45min into town & another 45min back again, with a buggy. I had to use my reliever twice. Though whether it was the weather or the extra energy needed to push a buggy.

Yes - me too. Currently going through a bad patch and on prednisolone/off work etc. Had to walk kids to school and fetch them yesterday, so bad by time I got home. Its been same story this morning. Now need to conserve my energy for the return journey at 3pm. Apparently some areas of Britain will have snow by the weekend which will also affect us!

The fog's not been good for me either, fortunately not been much where I live. I've been dreading the winter though as the cold air gets me. I was in the Scottish Highlands last week and it was frosty so lungs were a bit grumpy.

Do you wrap a scarf around you mouth/face? It helps a little
