Excersise test

Cons wants me to do an excersise test to determine how my tollerance is, has anyone had one of these before and what does it involve?

I have had this done before. It basically involves you being on a treadmill. They had me running at a moderate pace but I guess it depends on how much you can handle. You will likely have to do spirometry or peak flows before and after to see the difference in your lungs. You may have electrodes on too. I wouldn't say it was pleasant, but I wasn't worried seeing as the doctor was right there! Good luck!

thanks Brynne, this could be interesting as i get wheezy just goin up and down stairs and as a result last night after looking after mike (he has a cold again and its all in his sinuses and throat, poor lamb) we both ended up being kept up by me having a wheezy night and pluratic pain again.
