Please will you seek permission from auk for questionnaires before posting !!!!!!

Sorry. Did not know the right procedures. Who should I reach out to?

It is stated in the terms and conditions of the fora regarding research requests - Asthma UK wish that all research requests are passed by them for permission before being posted on the forum.

You are asked to agree to the terms and conditions before posting on the message board - a refresher can be found here: asthma.org.uk/applications/...

I would suggest contacting webeditor@asthma.org.uk in the first instance, who may be able to pass your query on to someone in the right department.
