Does anyone have any ideas for carrying an inhaler while running - shorts pocket is to difficult to get to while running and in an emergency, and it is just annoying keeping it in my hand the whole time, especially on long runs.
Thanks!
H

try looking at puffapouch. Type it into google and the website should come up. Handy little inhaler pouches which clip onto things. Might work !
There is also another one. I think it is called allergy pack or something which fits round your waist and also has a clip attachment.
Thanks Karly, I'll take a look!
this is what i run with tinyurl.com/mmc96a
I use a Puffapouch; I have a waist pack which I put it in for long runs (Fuel Belt), along with gels, mobile etc, but for shorter runs I just tuck it into my waistband.
Puffa pouches are really good as well as coming in cool colours (i know a little bit sad!) they have a neck strap which you can tuck under a shirt of jumper to stop it jagling up and down

Thanks for the ideas! I will let you know how I get on!
Hello H,
I always run, actually now jog, with my inhaler (DPI) pushed inside my running bra - not sure if you are female, if not apologise! - or zipped into back of running tights for on road shortish runs. ( My DPI is a different shape to MDI's, so more comfortable to 'wear')
If off road and longish runs ( over one hour) use a 'bumbag' with lots of internal pockets. Have tried a belt but for some reason feel it is uncomfortable. Think it must be something to do with the waist/hip ratio. Might be worth trying both.
