inhalers

I have a easyhaler 200 and was thinking of changing it to a normal one so

can use it with a spacer, the only thing is I am use to the easyhaler and like

how it has a window to show how many puffs are left.

Was wondering if the normal ones also have a counter on it

no normal inhalers do not have counters on them.

Unless it is an accuhaler and then you still cannot use a spacer with them.

I use the 'Easy-breath' but it doesn't have a counter.

Yeah why can't they all have a counter on? What if you go out, need your inhaler only to find it's run out? Surely it wouldn't be too difficult to have one? Guess it'd cost more!

I wrote a little ""app"" for my phone since I was fed up not having a counter on my evohaler in the way I did with the accuhaler. It's just a little progress counter that keeps track every time I tell it I've had a puff, so I know how many are left. I don't mind giving anyone a copy if it'd be useful.

ooo you are clever fraserdgreat!! LOL could I get a copy pls? (I don't know how tho)

Thanks

I'll see about uploading a copy of the app and maybe make a thread here with a link then. Might be a few days.

It depends what you mean by 'normal' inhaler. My Seretide (which is my normal inhaler) does have a counter on it. Although if you mean Ventolin/Salbutamol then no they don't.

Would make life so much easier if they all did!

Thanks everyone.

My sertide has a counter on it so think I will stay with my

easy haler that also has one
