Unless it is an accuhaler and then you still cannot use a spacer with them.

I use the 'Easy-breath' but it doesn't have a counter.
Yeah why can't they all have a counter on? What if you go out, need your inhaler only to find it's run out? Surely it wouldn't be too difficult to have one? Guess it'd cost more!
I wrote a little ""app"" for my phone since I was fed up not having a counter on my evohaler in the way I did with the accuhaler. It's just a little progress counter that keeps track every time I tell it I've had a puff, so I know how many are left. I don't mind giving anyone a copy if it'd be useful.

It depends what you mean by 'normal' inhaler. My Seretide (which is my normal inhaler) does have a counter on it. Although if you mean Ventolin/Salbutamol then no they don't.
Would make life so much easier if they all did!
