strange symptoms

does it ever happen to you that the pf reading is down but otherwise feeling normal or almost normal? tis very strange and difficult to decide what to do.... what do you usually do if this sort of thing happens to you? thanks for the info

btw if i get bad i will seek medical help, no worries there.

Not unusual, though be aware that it needs monitoring, my own PF's vary greatly, and I personally tend to go on how I am managing every day stuff.
