I wish him happiness, health and strength and thank him for his contribution, time and expertise.

Just to say thank you for all of his work, and how much it has been appreciated by families/individuals who have asthma. The support of Asthma UK is amazing.

A heartfelt thank you.

Just would like to say that he will leave a big gap, and I am sure many will miss his expertise. But for everything he has achieved and for those he has made a difference, a huge heartfelt thank you, and if retirement gets boring, please feel free to contribute to the world of Asthma awareness, there is always space for another voluntary campaigner.

Many many thanks. There's been so much progress in asthma treatment over the years which has made such a difference to the lives of people like me. People like Prof Tak Lee make a huge contribution and personally I am very grateful. Happy retirement.

Thanks everyone. I mentioned your thanks in my speech. Tak is going to Hong Kong where he has family and where he will set up the first allergy clinic.
