hi Kate,

unfortunatly no, I've been looking for a while now think this may be good but i kind find any references which are saying that this works better or differently to things like buteyko.

I've just ordered it as the curiousity has got me!

will be interested to hear how it works, but reading reviews it looks to be very similar to the teachings of Buteyko.

hi woody,

Im gussing its probably a mix of the alexander technique, buteyko, alexander technique and pilates. Im so curious...i love cutting corners and the three steps sounds perfect to me.
