How to take Symbicort?

I know this is a silly question but I've read the leaflet and even looked at the demo on here but I don't really get how to take it. And how do you know if you've taken it right?

I've not used a turbohaler before - have just been put on it!

Thanks Zippi xxx

Hi zippi,

With the lid off and the inhaler upright, turn the base twice. It will click on one of these turns. It is then ready to breath in a dose. Also ensure you hold it by the base when breathing in a dose as then you will not be covering the airholes. It really is as simple, when I switched to it from a normal MDI inhaler I loved how simple it was. You can't normally feel any medication going in so the proof is in correct activation of it.
