On 9th October I am going to be starting on combined HRT and i was wondering if anyone else took it or if it improved asthma or caused problems with asthma?

Hi plumie - my sister (a nurse) looked into this and said there is a very slight risk of women who've never had asthma before developing late-onset asthma from the oestrogen-only pill, but no risk at all from the combined one. For existing asthmatics it didn't affect them either way. Hope this helps! good luck with it!
