Your peak flow`
hi my best is 400 tho its been a while since got anything neat that am stuggling at mo between 250- 300 at best. height wise i must be about 5.1-5.2 age well you can always read my profile. don't know if thats any help but my gp said that 400 was touch low but that was on o;ld scale so who knows.
im 15, female nd somewhere between 5ft3in and 5ft4in...my best was 550 (after a couple of nebs) but since have got nowhere near 400 sometimes but usually 300-350
Hi ya, I'm 32, 5'9"". Best pf is around 300, though haven't seen that for a while. Pf currently residing around 100 at best. Needless to say, I'm struggling somewhat.
I remember when I was in my mid teens (16ish) my best pf was above average at around 550 - 580, so I've come along way down since those days. I think it's amazing how we adapt though as I remember struggling really hard at that time with a pf of 250, so don't think I'd have been alive then with pf at current level. I'd love to know how the body makes these adaptations.
Hiya
I'm 15. My best peakflow at the moment is 400 but my average is 280-350. My asthma's not particularly controlled at the moment though.
