Ok this may seem a little bit stupid but here goes...

i was prescribed atrovent 2day is this supposed 2 replace my bricany or am i supposed 2 still take it?

I am also on atrovent and bricanyl. Atrovent is a longer acting reliever. I find it lasts for about 4 hours, whereas the bricanyl lasts for about 90 minutes. Bricanyl acts on different receptors in your lung so you can take both together if you need to. I find that taking the atrovent regularly means I rarely need the bricanyl as well.

salamol reliever

I take a salamol reliever and wondered if any one knows how long this is supposed to last.

If salmol is the same as salbutamol then it should last about 4 hours normally

Salamol is a trade name for salbutamol and so yes, should last for 4 hours.
