Must be the weather ! ... or my age !!

Just cant seem to stay the same from one day to the next at the min, like today which is an exact replica of a few days in the past week or so, wake up fine and then within a short while really struggling to breath, start coughing.. you know the usual! got to an extra 6 puffs of my Symicort and then I start to panic thinking I need to do something and then out of the blue it gradually seems to then get better!

Weird ! I put it down to the weather... or poss my age as the big 40 next year although with the kids off and my 13 yr old daughters attitude problem I feel like I should be having my 90th lol

hope everyone else is surviving the start of the summer and the kids !!

take care

Snowy
