Please can anyone tell me where I can buy a small nebuliser for my daughter who is 5 . I dont mind how much it costs but ideally it should be able to run on batteries. We have got a home one but it is much too big to keep taking on and off buses etc... as i dont drive. Look forward to hearing from you. thanks Nikki

If you look on the internet you will find loads of companies, if you not bothered about cost you will find on here we some of us have invested in the new omron microair, it runs on 2AA bateries, is tiny and doesnt make a sound its fab!!! its around £180 with adapter for indoor use.
Good luck

Hi again Nikki,
I don't have the Omron Microair that lots of others here are talking about so can't comment on that but do have Pari Uni Light Mobil which can run off mains, car cigarette lighter or rechargable battery (500 recharges). It was quite expensive at £250 but has made a huge difference to me. With the battery pack attached it weighs 700g and without only 450g and it comes with a smart black carry case that can be worn over the shoulder or on a belt (though imo it's a little big for that). The machine itself is about the size of an old cassette walkman (if you remember those) and is bright yellow, so I guess quite appealling to children.
Pari have a website, which can be a little confusing as it's a German company so their homepage is in German but there's a button to choose your country of choice. They have a UK base too and I found delivery from them amazingly quick - I'd ordered it at 4pm and it arrived before 10am the next day.
Becky.
Thanks everyone for your replies.I've just found a website and placed an order.Nikki
