Good morning, I posted early this year about the benefits of high does Turmeric tablets. They have worked for me and many others that I have discussed this issue with. They are available on Amazon and other Internet sights. Good luck.

I’m pleased it seems to work for you. Sadly it doesn’t seem to be working for me but my RA is very active and severe. I don’t dare stop my regular meds!

I bought from eBay:

Natural Answers, Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper 365 Capsules High Strength 500mg Anti-inflammatory Pain Relief from: bigoffersuk.

As I understand it the active ingredients are curcumin and black pepper but there is little curcumin in turmeric therefore you need high strength.

My GP told me that turmeric is a waste of money regarding its use to ease arthritis.

Has he tried it? It definitely works for some - You may be one of the 'lucky' ones!

Pain drives us to try most things to reduce, eliminate it.

Forgotten about turmeric .

I try to research thoroughly, not necessarily start at high doses

but start lowish and build up if need be,

Good to be aware of any contra indications with other meds.

I've been using Turmeric for years. My Husband also uses Turmeric when cooking our meals. Sadly it hasn't helped me at all with my Arthritis.

Perhaps it depends on how severe your Arthritis is. I also asked my G.P about using the Turmeric and she told me not to waste my money..
