Anyone taking Evening Primrose Oil Capsules for their joints?

Have you noticed any improvement in stiffness or pain?

Indeed! My husband started taking these about 30 years ago to help psoriasis (which it did) and finds that along with fish oil it helps him. A bit!

Thanks for that, every little helps!🌞🌞🌞

I've been taking starflower oil for 8 months as I read its good for arthritis, especially knees and hands. I read that its stronger than evening primrose oil. Disappointingly, its not done a thing for me so have now decided to stop taking them and probably give turmeric a try.

Very interesting, I wonder if we just can not obtain these oils at a strong enough strength to make any difference. You have saved me wasting my money so many thanks for that.🌝🌝🌝

My Mum always swore by that for her arthritis.I tried it and it did nothing.

Everyone's different so everything is worth a try!

Thanks for that, already on VitaminD. We tend to grasp at straws to see if anything helps don^t we? One day our Grandchildren will hopefully not have our problems!Stay safe.🌞🌞🌞

Thats a lovely thought and all our pain would have worth it if they are all safe take care x

I took star flower oil for a time during the menopause, but stopped because of back ache.
