just a quick question.. I have numerous joints affected by arthritis.... I have an appointment on 5th October with a rheumatologist to get results and find out what kind of arthritis I have but for the last 6 weeks I have developed weakness in the tops of my legs like the feeling I have overworked them, I’m finding it hard to lift them and it’s painful. The last 3 weeks I now have this in the top of my arms. Has anyone else experienced this.

I have experienced similar issues, it could be due to arthritis. The rheumatologist l hope will be able to help you next month.
An MRI scan might reveal the cause.
Unfortunately, I have had both my knee joints replaced, both hips and both shoulders replaced, in recent years due to OA & RA. Plus numerous other operations.
All forms of arthritis are in my opinion too terrible for words. It has destroyed the life l was very happy with.
Yes I have the same and I have psoriatic arthritis, I was diagnosed a few years ago. Plus several years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, yet it is strange that I get a flare of both at the same time which makes me wonder. My consultant is adamant I have both. i do hope you get sorted out. Take care and gentle hugs D x
Thank you all for your comment..... sorry I haven’t replied sooner.
My legs are getting worse.... and now i have the same feeling in the tops of my arms... I am under a neurologist and she now wants to send me for a nerve conduction test.
Not long until my rheumatologist appointment now. I just can’t believe how fast I have deteriorated! I am really struggling to walk and can’t get around at all! I was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer last year and am on chemotherapy so though I had enough to deal with 😩 but obviously not. I will keep going. I have too I’m only 40 with 3 children.
