feeling frustrated

i am still, awaiting an phone call appointment from the neurosurgeon . i have large osteophytic bars , and broad osseous bars my cervical spine is narrowed from c3/4 c4/5 c5/6 c6/7 i am in absolute agony . they are narrowed at both exits of the foramina too. has anybody got any advice on how to take some pain away from my neck, shoulders . the headaches . the blur vision . any help please
