The three middle fingers on my left hand went like this two years ago. It took three months for them to get like this, then the malformation suddenly stopped and got no worse. Hurts, though!!

Yes it do s hurt hopefully the pain will cease my finger splint just arrived update you all later x

Hi, I had swollen painful finger joints about twenty five years ago. Their return to normal coincided with me changing from using spread and sunflower oil to butter and olive oil. Exercise helped when the base of my thumb hurt.
