Has anyone heard of the above or tried colloidal silver for pain (Rheumatoid Arthritis)? A friend introduced me to some 5 different samples last week and the pain seems to go away immediately after applying just a pea sized gel on my wrist.
She also sent me papers on it to research. Its obviously not strong enough to make me blue lol, but works for easing pain for me. Have been using it for one week, once a day and skipping a couple of days as there was no pain. So far no bad side effects. Have reduced my Prednisolone from 5mg to 2.5 in the last 4 days which I could not do before.
The company I intend to buy from is simpletruths.me.uk where she gets her stock from and highly recommends them. I am obviously cautious as I am still on bisoprolol, irbesartan and lansoprazol.
Any experiences?

As a Charity, we would always advise you first speak to your GP, Rheumatologist or other healthcare professional, before introducing a new treatment product, as anything might interact with medication you are currently taking - it's better to check and be safe.
It is also important to be aware that everyone is different and something that works for one person might not work for another.

Colloidal silver can cause serious side effects. The most common is argyria, a bluish-gray discoloration of the skin, which is usually permanent.
Colloidal silver can also cause poor absorption of some drugs, such as certain antibiotics and thyroxine (used to treat thyroid deficiency).
The FDA also warned in 1999 that colloidal silver isn’t safe or effective for treating any disease or condition.
The FDA and the Federal Trade Commission have taken action against a number of companies for making misleading claims about colloidal silver products."
