I have suffered from arthritis in my toes for quite a few years but have been able to handle it. I have no pain in my feet now. However I’ve now been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both my knees and this worries me more. I feel I should lose a little weight (I’m not particularly overweight) but I’m struggling with this.
