Help feet keep bleeding

Can anyone help I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibro and I am on a lot of meds but recently I have noticed if I stand for longer than 10 minutes this happens any ideas I don't want to go back in my chair if it can be helped.

I have the impression that Vitamin C can help to strengthen capillaries, which might help. Up to one gram a day is recommended medically for some things, though one can normally safely take much more (but check with your doctor in case there is some reason against it in your case eg it enhances the absorption of iron, which is not good for anyone who already has too much iron).

Nature's Best sell a time-release 500mg tablet, which can be taken twice a day (it only stays in the body about 6 - 8 hours, and, unlike most animals, we cannot store it).

Hope this helps. It may well help your health in other ways too, as we use a lot more when we are unwell.
