Hello all just to say I had my pip assmenent today and was told I will get plus also a DWP assessment to which is also good all I need now is meds to help and not send my liver function. Sky high. Just saying could not have wanted better people I stressed over nothing. Happy bunny..x

Did they tell you at your assessment that you'll be getting PIP ? If so you're the first person I've heard of that's been told on the day x

Yes I was told to which myself and daughter was amazed not on how much and stated that due to the fact I still just managed to drive I won't get mobility but I do only make it a five minute drive into town.

Thanks if you struggle with you general and personal health and your under 64 you can apply to DWP for pip assessment I just lost my job due to my health issues so hope this gives me a little bit extra so I can get some hydro therapy which eases some pain as my meds have affected my liver now still I hope that will get sorted and wish you luck.

Hi Happy Bunny - pleased for you....just wanted to say hope the hydrotherapy works for you as I waited ages for my 5 session therapy to start BUT just after 1 session I had the worst inflammation in right knee which is my worst OA joint and a painful throbbing big toe (not suffered with this before session)...I had pinned my hopes for relief and activity and feel so disappointed that it didn't suit me...had to have 2 days off work and won't go again....Best of luck to you -I know it really helps others!

Hi I had my assessment in Jan didn't get pip i d no points I appealed and got 7 points i was so humiliated with the disability woman and the Dr on the appeal . So my agent acting on my behalf has sent for the papers from the court so that he can apeal it again I wish I had never applied for pip. I have osteo in both hips bith knees and spine and I struggle getting from A to Bi also very depression which my moods are all over the place and the pain and stiffness is getting me down
