Hi there I'm Phil, I'm 28 and I suffer from chronic pain, i have a degenerate back disease coupled in with sacroilliitis and ankolising spondilitous (plus others i cant pronounce), is there anyone with similar?

I feel for you Phil, I also have your symptoms plus Psoriatic Arthritis coupled with a heart condition (I have had a quadruple bypass). I have suffered with this for over 40 years now, (I had an accident when I was your age). The Specialists can't really treat me because one symptom seems to cancel out the other, so very hard to treat. I take medication, not much, and I try to exercise (walking) as much as I can, but most importantly I try and keep a positive mind. I hope you are having help with your conditions.
