Evening everyone, back to work after 11 weeks off after knee replacement back at the gym after 3 years but managed to inflame my tendon under the new knee cap. Been resting elevating and icing but it is been weeks .Any more ideas on getting rid of tendonitis as I give up.cannot take anti inflammatory drugs as got reflux from taking them for so long.
