Friday I woke up with pain in both of my hands thinking nothing of it, and he comes Monday and now Tuesday. My left hand pinky and ring finger stiff and swollen, and right hand my index and middle same thing, swollen, and excruciating pain and now my right ankle is pain.... Do anyone have an idea what this could be?

Are you on any drugs that could cause this?
I take it you have removed any rings.you were wearing.
Did you do anything different previously to this happening? Has anything similar happened like this before ? A few years ago perhaps?
Maybe you should think about seeing your Doctor
No drugs. Don't wear rings either. This is the first time this has happened. Yeah seeing a doctor today.
I have had a recent occurrence of jut one finger blowing up and terrible pain. It went off in a few days. But, I think this is all due to my rheumatoid.
Have you had blood tests etc?
