Abit about myself

I turned 44 last month, and last month I was diagnosed with COPD And OsteoArthritis. I've also got Epilepsy and Hypothyroidism. I'm a mental health survivor too 😊

I live in Suffolk with my fur baby.

At the moment the doctor is trying out lots of different pain killers so the pain from the Osteo becomes manageable, and is trying out different meds so I'm not constantly breathless. I had a chest X-ray on Thursday to see if anything else is going on.

I've been Vegan for about 3 years and eat a mostly wholefood diet.

I enjoy taking my fur baby for walks ( although only short walks now with the pain)

I'm keeping positive that things will improve and I'll beat this!!
