Psoriatic Arthritis
Hi,
We have some useful tips on managing pain on our website here: arthritisaction.org.uk/livi...
We also have some information on psoriatic arthritis, which can be found here: arthritisaction.org.uk/livi...
This is a topic we also cover at our self management events which are across the country. Our next one is in September in Basingstoke. Should you wish to attend or find out more information about Arthritis Action then check out our website: arthritisaction.org.uk, email info@arthritisaction.org.uk or call 01323408617.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,

Jessiedog67 can you try to describe the pain - where it is and how it feels. I get a lot of pain mid-foot underneath. Have you tried applying heat or cold when you are sitting down? I find hot water bottles can also be cold water bottles - it's surprisingly nice if it takes the pain down.
Also sometimes my feet feel like they are trying to make a "fist" ie curl up tight - this happens particularly at night. A few very gentle calf stretches seem to help this one.
yes i have very sore and tender feet.not every day when i go to get out of bed some mornings other times when i am just walking it comes on. i have found a soak in very warm water helps me. i have found myself that pain killers dont seem to get there. welcome jessie people here have wonderful answers im sure they will be able to help. xx
