No matter where you are in your recovery journey:

Never feel like a burden

Always reach out for help

Talk, write, use any outlet you have and give yourself plenty of self care

Everyone’s recovery time is unique to them. Never compare your story with another’s.

*from a fellow mum, recovered from PP in 2014. Things have been challenging this year but we will all get through the hard times.

Just hold on ❤️
