Hi all,

I just wanted to let you all know that we have updated our webpage about all the peer support we offer, as well as the form we ask you to fill out to request peer support.

app-network.org/peer-support/

If you live in the UK or Ireland you can receive one to one support from one of our volunteer peer supporters who have also experienced PP, by private message / email, or video call, and in some cases in person. We also have some regional cafe groups in some areas of the country, which are running virtually on zoom at the moment.

So do take a look at our web page if you'd like to access our other peer support, as well as this forum.

Take care all,

Ellie

Hi Rkmummy,

Thanks for enquiring about becoming a peer supporter for APP :)

If you email me, ellie@app-network.org, I can give you some more information about volunteering as a peer supporter for APP, and arrange to have a chat, and tell you more about ways you can get involved and volunteer. You would have a one day training before becoming a peer supporter with APP. We have had to cancel our in person training this year, and we're looking at doing some training for new volunteer peer supporters virtually by the end of the year.

Thanks Rkmummy

Ellie
