for everybody on this forum. Sometimes the world seems a bit all over the place, but it will be fine. Time will heal and you see everything in a different light.
Kind wishes, - hope I can put a smile on your faces with this naïve picture

Ah jasa I just love it when you post your paintings I really do love them 😊I've started an art class and wish I could paint like you... by the way do you have a website or blog where you show your paintings or somewhere you sell them?! I love the thoughts you send to everyone x
Thank you so much. This is very kind of you and a wonderful compliment.
You will find my art on Paintings I Love, a social art web site under Sabine K, I believe you can google as well. Sometimes I upload stuff on my FB page (Jasa & not public domain). I have not commercialised my creativity.
I guess I am just growing a bit more in confidence and on a very positive note I managed to drive for the first time back to South Birmingham with my son in order to see my friend after 6 years and to meet her twins for the first time. My son had a lot of fun and made new friends from a different cultural background.
I was not ready for the big city or coming over to APP-all in time!!!
I still would like to hand in some pictures for auction or other charity purpose. I did not hear again from I believe Mrs. Heron, responsible for Publicity and based somewhere else, not APP University of Birmingham.
Kind wishes and a happy weekend.
Sabine
Hi Sabine
Lovely to hear from you. I'll definitely look up the website. You should definitely feel confident that you're a fantastic painter!
That's amazing you managed the trip to see your friend, real testament to what you've managed.
That's so great you'd love to auction your paintings. I'll follow up on this with people here at APP as there has been a change in roles etc and we are really prioritising fundraising so there's definitely a need for it, but we need to work out maybe the best way to do it to make the most money from it if that makes sense, amazing you want to donate.
APP are very spread out now, with many of us living in different places around the country. We still have a small office in Birmingham where our administrator goes once or twice a week mainly to send out literature. When we get more funding we really hope to arrange more face to face meet ups / training of new peer supporters etc - maybe you could make one of them?
Take care XX
Hello again Ellie,
I gathered that there have been a few changes and 'resourcing'. Maybe I could get involved somehow for the Somerset Region. I believe still a lot needs to be done within post natal mental health issues, particularly PPP, recovery and support.
I have a wonderful friend who has set up arts festival middlezoy and does some great work for the community and within Education, with possibilities for premises and art work shops. I somehow can imagine linking up with my friend, who would like to train up some very skilled ladies in order to pass on her legacy.
My friend and I were talking about linking art and mental health (workshops). Just some floating ideas...maybe you need a Volunteer based in Somerset.
Please, let me know about opportunities and further progression of APP, but particularly further training opportunities i.e. Peer Support. I believe you have my e-mail and contact address.
Take care and thank you for your lovely response...
Sabine
Hello Sabine
I have just been on the art website .... you are so gifted in the way you paint. I liked "Go and tell the Moon" because sometimes I do that! I couldn't pick a favourite as they are all amazing.
Best wishes.
Dear Lilybeth & Ellie,
thank you both for your encouragement always and those lovely words. All in stepping stones and at a certain pace. I certainly share a lot of compassion for APP and this superb forum. I am pleased that I can contribute in one way or another.
I am so grateful that there are women who do understand PPP and path of recovery.
