Anybody know any groups or things that people with anxiety can attend in the west midlands?

I live in East Midlands.. sorry that, that isn't much help. But there are support groups here, so I'm sure there should be some there. Do you go counselling? As your counsellor may know of some support groups. That's how I found out about one near me. And another I just found through looking on Google. Perhaps your local Mind may know? xx

I live just outside Wolverhampton and have not been able to find any informal self help groups, only those offered by my local mental health services which are usually run for a six week course then you are on your own again, i am looking for more of a support based group from people who know what i am going through rather than health profesionals.
