anyone know what tablets are good for tension headaches,I get one nearly every other day..

Headaches could write a book , as well as migraines

Nothing will really take away the tension headaches , well no painkillers that is , they will just give rebound headaches

They say things like lavendar , on your pillow , helps with tension

I would look in to herbal things , of course , the only thing that will work is when we work out not to be tense that one is easier said than done

Let me no if you find anything or maybe someone will come along with better advice later
