Anyone get angry and irritable on citalopram when they first started it and did it go away?? X

I was put on citalopram and had side effects (headaches, irritability etc) took at least 2 months before they subsided, it has eased my anxiety by a considerable amount, just persevere and give it time, if not speak to your GP.

Thank you you have inspired me to carry on. Did you have shaky legs and increased nervousness for a while until things settled? X

Didn't have the shaky legs but my anxiety did increase for a while, has now subsided, it is much better than my old antidepressant, i'm on 20mg once a day, I hope this eases your anxiety, if not, as I said speak yo your GP. Take care.Philip

Thank you. My anxiety is easing just the shaky legs that are a bit unco-ordinated that feels weird. Hopefully it will pass. Take care xx
