Topiramate withdrawal

Has anyone come off this drug & if so how long does withdrawal stage last?

I was ill when on it now ill off it

I had to.come off it in 2012 because it wasn't agreeing withe at all. If I crouched down and tried to get up again, this drug made me that weak I couldn't get up again without holding on to someone it was terrible. I was using it for OCD but it 'can' be used for other things too I believe. The process was very gradual under medical supervision and they weaned me off it, and because I was also taking Escitalopram as well, I felt much better for it and discovered that the Escitalopram was working better on it's own and of course CBT was a great help at the time.

Been horrible today Paula, had doctor out to house!! The withdrawals are crippling me

How much Topiramate are you on, and/or are you taking any other medications that could help as a substitute while you get weaned off it 'a bit at a time"?.
