Bit confused at the momement i have to told to shield to the 20th July.But ive seen on media that it is saying end of June.

there are two things going on in the UK - shielding and self-isolation. If you are subject to shielding then you will have received notification from NHS and you should follow that notification until you receive other information from the NHS.

Self-isolation are measures that apply to people who have been identified themselves as being in an at risk group rather than being formally advised by the NHS that they are in the highest categories of at risk.
